Gina Velez from La Habra High School for Belle in "Disney's Beauty and the Beast"
Our 2009 JRAY winners will compete In the National High School Musical Theatre Awards for Potential 4-Year Scholarship to NYUs Tisch Theatre Program
The John Raitt Award for Youth (JRAY) operates under the umbrella organization of Fullerton Civic Light Opera (FCLO Music Theatre, under the direction of General Manager, Griff Duncan.)
